What would you ask Jesus if you knew you only had one night left with Him?

In John 14, four disciples – Peter, Thomas, Philip, and Jude – ask Jesus four very different questions as He prepares them for His death, resurrection, and departure to the Father.

Their questions reveal four things we all wrestle with:

• Peter: How can I follow Jesus?

• Thomas: How do I know the way to God?

• Philip: What is God really like?

• Jude: Why doesn’t God reveal Himself to everyone?

Jesus’ answers point again and again to Himself. He is not simply a teacher who shows us the way – He is the Way. He is the Truth and the Life. He reveals exactly what the Father is like, and through His Spirit He makes His home among His people.
